Flame Sensor module for fire detection

Feature:
1.It’s able to detect light or flame source and wavelength should be within 760nm to 1100nm. The flame distance of the lighter is 80 cm. The larger the flame, the farther the test distance is.

2, the detection angle is about 60 degrees in addition the sensitivity is adjustable

4, the comparator output, the signal is clean, the waveform is good, the driving ability is strong, more than 15mA

5, with adjustable precision potentiometer to adjust sensitivity

6, output form is DO digital switch output (0 and 1) and AO is analog voltage output

7, with fixed bolt holes for easy installation therefore it becomes user friendly

8, small board PCB size: 1.26inchx0.56inch/3.2cm x 1.4cm

9. Use a wide voltage LM393 comparator and it’s working voltage 3.3V-5V

Module instructions:
1. The flame sensor is most sensitive to flame and is also reactive to ordinary light so user should keep it away from ordinary light.
2,  output interface of the the small board can be directly connected to the IO port of the microcontroller.
3.User should keep the sensor and the flame at a certain distance so that it can avoid damage to the sensor at high temperature. The flame distance of the lighter is 80cm. The larger the flame, the farther the test distance is.
4,Most importantly Analog to Digital conversion procedure and analog output mode make the result more precision.

In conclusion it’s a precise flame detector.
